ConnectedFun offers you endless options to make your vacations unforgettable, you just have to start planning them.

Check all the information that ConnectedFun offers you and choose the activity, excursion or restaurant that you like the most. Our team has made a rigorous selection of the best of the island for you to enjoy unique experiences.

You can use our filters to make your search easier. This will help you find the activity that best suits you. Filter by category (e.g. boats, adventure, theme parks etc.) We are sure you will find the perfect activities and enjoy unique and unrepeatable moments.

  • Once you have chosen the activity/excursion, mark on the calendar the day you are interested in.
  • Select start time (if necessary)
  • Enter the number and type of participants, and the language (if required).
  • Click on “Reserve”.
  • Enter your personal data
  • Select a payment method and finalize your purchase by clicking on “Checkout”.

Additional information

Once the payment is done, you will receive by email all the information about your excursion. If you have any questions you can contact the activity provider directly, you will always find their phone number in the activity information and in the booking confirmation email.

Availability

On our website the excursions/activities are updated in real time, but, even so, the provider will always confirm by email if there are any changes or modifications to your reservation. To see if an activity is available go to its calendar, the available days will appear in pink, select the time, number of participants and click on “BOOK”.
Days marked in gray indicate that the activity is sold out, has been cancelled or is not open to the public on those dates.
Availability information will only be reliable if you enter the exact number of participants you wish to book the activity for. Availability may vary depending on the number of participants you select when searching.
If there are multiple time slots on the same day for an activity, they will be displayed after you select a date. If an activity has opening/service hours instead of time slots, you can attend at any time, within the established schedule.
The activity providers are constantly updating the availability information. If a date is not yet open for booking (e.g. if you want to book well in advance), please check again closer to the desired date.
We do not provide waiting lists for our activities, but availability can change, even at the last minute. Therefore, it is worth double-checking the availability of an activity on our website or app.

Prices

We only work with official prices, which may vary depending on the activity and the age of the participants (children, students, adults or retirees). The available rates will appear when selecting the number of participants in the calendar of each activity.
If, for some of our excursions/activities, there is free access (age groups) you will find the information when selecting the number of participants.
The prices that appear in the excursions/activities may be per person or for groups, so they may vary according to different factors such as the date of the activity or the selected option. In some exceptional cases, the price will increase according to the number of participants in your group.

What does the excursion/activity consist of?

Once you select “RESERVATION” you will be able to consult the “ACTIVITY INFORMATION”:
  • from where the experience/activity is available
  • days and times available
  • duration of the experience/activity
  • available languages
  • supplier’s contact phone number
  • information on what the experience/activity consists of
  • which includes
  • meeting point
  • important information to keep in mind
  • restrictions and requirements for excursions/activities
  • cancellation policy
Remember that if you have any questions and you do not find an answer in this section, you can contact the excursion/activity provider.

I am late for the activity, what should I do?

Contact the activity provider if you are going to be late for the meeting point or pick-up point. You will find their phone number on the activity coupon.

I can’t find the meeting point, what should I do?

First, check the meeting point information on your activity voucher. You can also access the activity on our website and there you will find the supplier’s contact and direct access to Google Maps.
If you still can’t find it, call the activity provider. You will find their telephone number on the activity coupon or on our website by accessing the activity by clicking on “CONTACT THE SUPPLIER”.

The driver or guide is not here, what should I do?

Make sure you are at the right meeting or pick-up point and at the right time. Check if the activity provider has tried to contact you through the phone number or email address you provided when making the reservation.
If you are using our application, access the activity you have booked and scroll down to “Activity provider details“, call the phone number listed in the provider’s information.
The phone number is indicated under your name on the coupon or in the “Activity Provider Details” section of our application.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you can contact the activity provider by phone or email. Their contact information is on your activity coupon.

Each excursion/activity within the "ACTIVITY INFORMATION" section has its own Cancellation Policy. Most of our activities have a 24-hour free cancellation policy. This means that you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the start of your activity for a full refund. You will find more information about the cancellation policy of your reservation on the activity voucher. Your reservation will be fully refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable, depending on the activity provider's cancellation policy. All reservations that allow a cancellation will show the cancellation deadline on the voucher. If you wish to cancel an excursion/activity please refer to that information and contact the supplier. If the cancellation of the excursion/activity is due to force majeure, the provider will make every effort to offer you an alternative date or time. If no alternative is available or if you are not convinced by any of them, you will be fully reimbursed.

Please note that the available payment options may vary depending on the currency or country selected. You will see all the payment methods available to you during the booking process. Keep in mind that you will be paying the experience/activity provider directly, so they will be the ones to reimburse you when necessary.
