-IMPORTANT: Punta de Teno can only be reached by bus from Buenavista del Norte with the bus line 369 that leaves from the bus station of Buenavista every hour. The ticket cannot be paid in cash. To take the transport it is essential to use the TEN+ card. We recommend buying it in advance in case they run out at the place of departure.

– Access by private vehicles to Punta de Teno is restricted. You can only get there by car up to the municipality of Buenavista del Norte. You must then take a public bus from the bus station of Buenavista del Norte to Punta de Teno. Line 369 leaves the station every hour all year round from 10:00 in the morning. The price of the individual ticket is one euro and can be paid in cash, by credit card and with the TEN+ card. We recommend to be with enough time in advance and take it directly at the station, as it is usually very crowded (you can check schedules and this extended information here).

-For the 12:00 h excursion you must take at least the bus that leaves at 11:05 h from Buenavista. For the 14:00 h excursion you must take at least the one leaving at 13:10 h. Please calculate in advance the time to get to the station and take the bus. The courtesy waiting time at Punta de Teno is 15 minutes. After this time we start the route and the amount is not refunded.

– The activities at sea may be subject to possible schedule changes. Please note that in Punta de Teno there are no catering services, stores or food and beverage outlets. Therefore, regardless of the time you choose to hire, we recommend that you always bring something to eat and drink.

–The activity includes photographs (you can download them from the Discover Teno facebook page). Although you should know that, due to the special difficulty that characterizes taking pictures at sea, we can not guarantee good quality images or photographs of all participants. Also, on days when the sea or wind conditions are not particularly good, our monitors will focus primarily on the safety of the participants and will not take pictures. We ask for your full understanding.
